This product features a paper-faced memory foam board with the proprietary foam centre. The foam centre is engineered to retain its thickness during mounting, laminating, screen-printing and die-cutting. Highly warp resistant. The liners are smooth bright-white clay coated paper or black paper. White liners offer heavier surface coating to promote superior ink holdout and excellent colour gloss. The coating acts as a barrier to minimise adhesive absorption while maximising mounting and laminating speeds.
